Kelly Conley – Financial Management

Kelly is a business professional with extensive experience leading and managing people in areas of finance, banking, and sales. Following a childhood in rural Arkansas he spent 10 years learning about leadership and the broader world while operating nuclear power plants for the US Navy. After returning to Arkansas, he earned both a degree in Finance and an MBA from the University of Arkansas at Little Rock attending night classes while working in areas of finance and banking. Kelly currently works as a Senior Financial Analyst at CFO Network where he works with business owners to understand and improve their financial operations. Public service and community involvement have been consistent themes throughout his adult life. He continues to serve on multiple community organization boards and currently is the Board President for Argenta Community Development Corporation. Kelly has been married to his high-school sweetheart for over 20 years and has two teenage children. He is an avid traveler and outdoorsman with interests in hiking, camping, and canoeing.
